Thats probably because it doesn't exist in the exact form you are
wanting.

BTW, I think you asked an interesting well formed question.
 

To answer your question. It could be done via an interface to the
manager interface. Your problem is gathering the data, and then
displaying it. Ideally I think you would be using the parking function
to put calls on hold in a randomly accessible way.  You could possible
write an app that takes all that data, stores it away with the result of
the parking of the call. You could then have either a web page, or other
interface to then choose the one you want to pick up. This could signal
through the manager interface to transfer the call. 

This shouldn't be too difficult to accomplish. But while it isn't too
hard to do, unless you are ready to do it, I don't think others would be
ready to do it for you yet.
