Hey dude... they email you the config.. but you might wanna have your
priority numbers correct.

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/login at voicepulse/${EXTEN},40,tT)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Playback,vm-goodbye
