[Asterisk-Users] TDM40B > X100P Call Waiting

When on a call from a TDM40B out through a X100P how do you answer a call waiting?  I have tried the flash button on the phone and I have read about *0 which does not appear to work for me either.  Is there some sort of configuration I have to do to make this work?  My zapata config file follows.
