[Asterisk-Users] music on hold (SIP Clients)

with x-lite and x-pro sip clients  for e.g., you can put a caller on hold
simply by pushing the line button.

i.e.

call comes in on line 1,
press line 1 button to answer and talk to caller
press line 1 button again to hold the caller
caller hears MOH
press line 1 button again to talk to caller
