ok..
ip10s loaded with h323 firmware didnt work work me with *... dont know 
why, maybe cause of impementation of h323 channel in *.... ip20 phones 
working much better this way.
so i loaded mgcp firmware - no sound is good, but sometime phone freeze, 
and i have also problem  doing call transfer to h323 endpoints...
