I have the same trouble but I think with PORT Mapping into the NAT ,
5060 and the media ports you have configured (16384-16389) this reduce
the trouble but mayb we 
need to configure something more into the sip.conf
 
Any STUN like solution out to develop por Asterisk????? Or UPnP or
something else??????

Is the remote ATA behind NAT ? Is it set to register SIP ?
