[Asterisk-Users] Gastman windows build?

How did you set up a build environment on Win 32.  I would like to use a
newer version but have not figured out how to setup the environment.

This build is about 200 years old.  I've tried it and it
actually doesn't work for me.  CVS builds work fine
though.
