Sorry, resolved it myself. Because I need to load all modules manually I did not load enough codecs and formats.

  I am trying to implement MeetMeCount but got the error could not find digits/0 in any form. I know modules should be in /usr/lib/asterisk and sounds in /var/lib/asterisk and they are. The path to modules is specified in asterisk.conf (samples). The path to sounds not. Could not find the syntax for it in the handbook or anywhere else. Could somebody give me a hint?
