You need point LD_LIBRARY_PATH to ptlib/lib directory or put *.so in a
directory and append this directory to ld.so.conf and do ldconfig.

You need to follow the build instructions provided in the README and at 
the Open H.323 site  (http://www.openh323.org/build.html)
