Wrong context, what are you using for your client?  A sip softphone,
Zaptel device, etc?

If you are using a SIP client of some kind, make sure you have
canreinvite=no in that as well.

Lastly, if you * box is behind a NAT, you should most likely use the
FWDNAT address instead of fwd.pulver.com (or use a SIP aware
NAT/Gateway)
