[Asterisk-Users] chan_h323 core dumps

You are not running chan_h323:

asterisk1:/usr/src/asterisk-oh323# ldd asterisk-driver/chan_oh323.so

I suggest you look in  asterisk/channels/h323 and delete any other H.323 
channel driver.
