Here is my zaptel.conf
---------------------------------------------------
loadzone = us
defaultzone=us

fxsks=1-2
fxoks=3-4

---------------OLD MESSAGES---------------------------------------------

Where are your errors ?

For this hardware you also need to setup /etc/zaptel.conf
fxsks=1-2
fxoks=3-4
loadzone=us
defaultzone=us

and do "ztcfg -vv" afterwards
