[Asterisk-Users] Web voicemail problems with redhat 9

All you have to do is "chmod a-s vmail.cgi" and you'll be ok.  You may have
trouble accessing the message files from the interface, so I usually mask
them to 777 before I use the interface.  I've patched app_voicemail.c to
create everything as 777.  As this is a dedicated Asterisk box, I don't see
the harm in giving everyone on the system full access.
