I'm fairly certain iconnecthere can do that. I signed up for their service 
which terminates a US landline number to a SIP client / Asterisk. At the time 
of ordering they gave a choice of either a landline number or an 800 number. 
I chose the landline number - I've had that terminating calls on an Asterisk 
box sitting behing NAT.
