hi isdn people,

chan_capi v0.2.1 is out in the wild now.

it adds support for call progress detection (based on INFO_INDs),
that means your phone will indicate ringing although there is no
early B3 available (inband call progress).
i also added a very experimental echo squelcher (based on pmichalek's
patch).

i updated my website to make all the information a bit more readable.
(Roy for you i have a browseable download dir now :-)  )
and i will add some asterisk related tips & tricks on a regular basis.
