[Asterisk-Users] call queues - one beep

hi!
Is it possible to use call queues if agent is not always online (can be
loged in always)?
Can asterisk (queue) call agent when is not busy (like.Dial,SIP/agent1)?
or at least can agent decide when to pickup line (now is only one beep
and then MUST speak with caller) ?
The problem is that agent is logged in but is not ready to answer line
(maybe it needs to take a deep breath or drink a zip of coffe) he needs
a second or two to accept caller.
