How is this done, this is the part that's driving me mad I only seem to get calls
from asterisk@<ip of asterisk box>

I've tried SetCallerId(${CALLERIDNUM}) but it's not really helping, it's ok for internal
calls but external ones don't appear to work properly... 

using Snom 100's btw...
