This is wrong, if one follows the build instructions provided by the 
Open H.323 folks they NEVER tell you to install the libs.
This is the EXACT reason why so many ppl have trouble making Open H.323 
work...typical version skew.

In fact that tell you to update the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable 
to the lib directory under each Open H.323 and PWLib.

If one RTFM things usually work a whole lot better.
