The extra function buttons of SNOM200 are also very handy
e.g if you want to use several lines simultaneously, put call on hold, redial
etc.
Both phones makes is possible to use their
own call tranfer feature but it is easier to use with SNOM200.

SNOM200 is more robust. I have had a few hardware problems
( display and buttons ) with SNOM100. Handset and buttons are definitely
better in SNOM200. Display is a matter of opinion.

The web interface of SNOM200 has a phonebook feature.
This is not in SNOM100.

SNOM200 has a separate network interface for  PC connection.
So, you only need one LAN connection.
