chan_h323 inclusion in Asterisk (was Re: [Asterisk-Users] Linux distro fixation?)

I've had good luck with chan_h323, but the dependancies are a PITA :(
I'd say as soon as there is some rational way to figure out if you've
got the required versions of pwlib & openh323 go for it.
