[Asterisk-Users] Linejack outbound not in the code.

The LineJack driver does not include code for dialing out.  It can
receive calls, or it can be set like a PhoneJack to ring a phone
(mode=fxs).

I intend to add the dialout code to chan_phone.c, but I don't have the
time right now.

If you're in a hurry, the X100P does dial out.
