I'm (sort of) working on it. chan_mgcp is not ready for the 7960, yet. I've 
collected a number of small patches to chan_mgcp in order to have it working 
correctly with the 7960 mgcp at least for placing and receiving calls, but I 
have to clean them up a little.

I will post them asap.
