[Asterisk-Users] Proposed IAX2 Name

IAX is short and I like it. Besides if that additional '2' irritates you
then anyways in the near future when IAX2 is working fine ppl will switch
eventually to IAX2 and then we'll refer to IAX2 as IAX ....
