0.2.2 works perfectly over here.  Remember that if in a CVS-update some
of the header-files included in an external component (not included in
Asterisk's build-process / dependencies) like chan_capi
and chan_(o)h323 get changed, it's always a good idea to re-build
those external components as well, in case some of the data-structures
they use from the header-files have changed.

Did downgrading to 0.2.1b involve re-building it?  That would explain. :-)
