This is bad... if you use this kind of exten line PSTN-NUMBER-HERE will 
be the H.323ID Asterisk will use to make the call.


exten => 244,1,Dial(h323/PSTN-NUMBER-HERE at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) is the proper 
format.
