[Asterisk-Users] gotoiftime error

Hi folks,
 
There was a bug with the GotoIfTime built-in command, under certain
circumstances a variable contained garbage, screwing up correct time
identification.
 
I'm submitting now a patch to Mark so this can be fixed.
