Yes, but they don't give you the username and password to their 
account (they replied to me today with that statement) so you'll get 
stuck paying $x.xx for however long their contract is, and I'm sure 
they won't give you the instructions for SIP diddling with their 
proprietary DTA-310 box.  Though I do note that they have a $5/mo 
service, which makes me wonder what their ROI is on that equipment 
for customers who don't have any PSTN minutes on their account... $5 
a month isn't much to make up for equipment.   Best to check the 
small print before you do anything with them.
