Same here, except I'm seeing this with an inbound call on my X100P card.
A message plays with BackGround, and if I hit * or #, the call hangs up.

Here's the console output when I hit 8, which is invalid:

    -- Executing BackGround("Zap/1-1", "pstn-intro") in new stack
    -- Playing 'pstn-intro'
DEBUG[12300]: File chan_zap.c, Line 3027 (zt_read): DTMF digit: 8 on
Zap/1-1
DEBUG[12300]: File pbx.c, Line 1139 (ast_pbx_run): Oooh, got something to
jump out with ('8')!
    -- Invalid extension '8' in context 'pstn' on Zap/1-1
    -- Executing Playback("Zap/1-1", "invalident") in new stack
    -- Playing 'invalident'
    -- Executing Goto("Zap/1-1", "s|5") in new stack
    -- Goto (pstn,s,5)
    -- Executing BackGround("Zap/1-1", "pstn-intro") in new stack

Now, if I hit #, which is also invalid:

    -- Playing 'pstn-intro'
DEBUG[12300]: File chan_zap.c, Line 3027 (zt_read): DTMF digit: # on
Zap/1-1
  == Spawn extension (pstn, s, 5) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
DEBUG[12300]: File chan_zap.c, Line 1380 (zt_hangup): Hangup: channel: 1
index = 0, normal = 10, callwait = -1, thirdcall = -1

I'll try to figure out what this is later if I have time. It should be a
trivial bug, and was introduced in mid-February. -Nathan
