OK, so more revisions in my original files.   A few bugs fixed 
(thanks, Mark!) and a few revisions to the way all my dialplans work 
to compensate for the new features.

is a SIP and analog environment only, and not terribly complex.  View 
these files as "primitive" but well-documented in my process of 
learning Asterisk configuration.
