As has been said before, you can not use the time/date function for the
inclusion of files. It probably wouldn't be a good idea anyways as it
might lead to a more likely conflict that only shows up on rare
occasions. Try solving a problem that only happens during a new moon
sometime.

Define contexts in the extra files. Do time/date includes of those
contexts when needed.
