Looks like you didn't invest too much in that search...

That's a basic feature called "pick-up". Try *8 or *8# and look at the 
config options "pickupgroup" and "callgroup". Next to that you might want 
to provide a bit more info like channel type (Zap or SIP or ...) etc.
