[Asterisk-Users] Starting an AGI app from cli

Hello ....

Maybe it sound pretty easy , but..

How can I start an application (let's say Dial)  from the CLI ?

Actually , I want to make a little script , who connects to asterisk once
per hour and make a short call..

Anybody can help me ?
