[Asterisk-Users] incomminglimit on Xlite not working ...

Hi,
 
I have a setup using Xlite SIP phone and X100P card and I am using the Dec 1 CVS. I have put the incomming limit in both zapata.conf for the FXO card and in the sip.conf for the user.  Incomming limit works fine on FXO, but on Xlite SIP phone the second line starts blinking and i can hear the call waiting beeps.
 
Can someone figure out what could be wrong.
