[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk -> Intertex

If have the following types of entries in my sip.conf

register => mynumber:mypasswd at sip.provider.com/mynumber

I have 5 different providers. One will not register me I get
  
  -- Got SIP response 400 "Bad Request" back from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I understand there is a Intertex system at the other end, anyone any
ideas if these need something different?
