The same here. Version sip-1.16w.  You have to go down to 1.16b if you 
want to get a temporary solution.
When the problem occurs, for some reason a RTP media stream is never 
disconnected  ( SNOM to * ).

The good news is that SNOM is aware of this
and has promised a beta fix shortly.
