you can write a file into /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/ to trigger a
call. Some parameters I know are:
Channel: Zap/g1/123412341234
MaxRetries: 0
RetryTime: 1
WaitTime: 1
Context: out-context
Extension: 432142314231
Priority: 1
Callerid: 111111
