I have had this problem before when using X-Lite.

If you are using X-Lite, there is a new version which seems to fix
something's and break other ones but the current build as of yesterday
is 1059,

Hi all,

I noticed yesterday that MOH doesn't seem to work any more on my SIP
channels. It works fine on PSTN calls (chan_capi) but on SIP a just get
a tiny burst of sound followed by silence.

I know it was working a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't made any
config changes, but I have updated from CVS a couple of times.

Can anyone confirm this?
