Type "help" into the console and read.

canopy*CLI> help restart gracefully
Usage: restart gracefully
        Causes Asterisk to stop accepting new calls and exec() itself 
performing a cold.
        restart when all active calls have ended.

canopy*CLI> help restart when convenient
Usage: restart when convenient
        Causes Asterisk to perform a cold restart when all active calls 
have ended.

canopy*CLI> help reload
Usage: reload
        Reloads configuration files for all modules which support
        reloading.
