[Asterisk-Users] change voicemail.conf, how to make it work

this reminds me of a question that i have thought to ask for some time
now:

is it possible to keep all changing parts of the configuration (voice
mail, conferences, extensions, etc.) in mysql database so that i could
write a web application to manage asterisk?
