[Asterisk-Users] Creating a phone channel

Presumably you did actually read the phone.conf.sample file ??

Might I suggest you do, in what you have below you seem to have created
your own options (hey its late here, i might be wrong).

and if you have only one phonejack, you only create one entry into the
file. (phone0)
