[Asterisk-Users] Getting started

I have just installed asterisk from source and am pleased to say that 
running up the demo was painless.

I would like to ask the question as to how to configure asterist to act 
as a mgcp server.  It looks like asterisk is acting as a client when I 
look at /etc/mgcp.conf

Is there any documentation out there on how to set this up?
