[Asterisk-Users] AGI Script

Hi All... I'm working on writing an AGI Script, and I have two
questions. 
1) During the AGI Script, I call exec('Dial') - is there anyway for the
actual AGI Script to know weather dials response was BUSY?
or even better for the AGI to determine weather or not the dialed party
is already in a conversation?
and 
2) is there anyway for the AGI Application to find the ip address of a
registered SIP Client? I imagine * keeps this info somewhere, but
where????
