Rev A works OK as a slave E1, but it cannot be a clock master. Rev B was 
a minor update to fix that. The changes are quite minor. I don't know if 
it got past the planning stage to actual artwork, though. As a T1 card 
Rev A works OK as both a clock master and a clock slave. The changes you 
describe will make Rev A work OK as a pair of clock slave E1 ports.
