I'm having problems with my dial plan.

I have the following in my extentions.conf:

[incoming]
;
; Incoming calls via the PSTN land here
;
exten => s,1,Answer
exten => s,2,DigitTimeout(5)
exten => s,3,ResponseTimeout(10)
exten => s,4,BackGround(dial-exten)
exten => s,5,Wait(15)
exten => s,6,Congestion
exten => s,7,Wait(10)
exten => s,8,Hangup
;
; Let incoming calls connect to extentions
;
include => extentions
;
[extentions]
;
; Eric Wieling Temporary Extention
;
exten => 2111,1,Dial(IAX/bobdobbs at GoFnord/18504841234,20)
exten => 2111,2,Goto(2111,102)
exten => 2111,102,Dial(IAX/bobdobbs at GoFnord/18503841234,20)
exten => 2111,103,Goto(2111,102)
exten => 2111,203,Dial(IAX/bobdobbs at GoFnord/18775521234,20)
exten => 2111,304,Hangup
;
include => outgoing
;

What I want to do is when a call comes in for exten 2111 it tries
dialing three numbers in sequence (basically a huntgroup).

    -- Executing Dial("Zap/1-1", "IAX/bobdobbs at GoFnord/18504841234|20") in new stack
    -- Calling using options 'exten=18504841234;callerid="Stirling Baronne" <504-595-1234>;language=en;username=bobdobbs;formats=2;capability=2;version=1;adsicpe=2'
    -- Called bobdobbs at GoFnord/18504841234
    -- Call accepted by 65.127.126.42 (format 2)
    -- Format for call is 2
    -- Hungup 'IAX[GoFnord]/1'
  == Spawn extension (incoming, 2111, 1) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
    -- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'

What happens is that Asterisk tries the first Dial(IAX/), gets a busy
signal and then just sits there giving me a busy signal until I hang up.
