[Asterisk-Users] How to make an X100P answer only one distinctivering cadence?

This thing seems to pick up the cadence on the first ring.  The second ring
is then pass through to the device.  CallerID also seems to passthru
properly.  I'll have to test it again, if anyone is interested.  I haven't
used it in a while, but it worked very well.
