you get what you pay for essentially.
zhones are cheap - but they have issues like no callerid on the fxo's
- ethernet traffic makes it crash, etc
If you know the limitations and can live with them, go for it, if not pay 
more and get more.

I know Rhino's are fairly cheap as well, not sure of what if any issues 
surround them.
