[Asterisk-Users] Unknown RTP 19, cisco vad

These come pouring through when I enable vad (voice activity detection)
on a cisco 7960 phone or AS5300 gateway.  

Should I be configurating these devices to use a different RTP codec
number (not sure if this is possible) -- or is there a way to help
asterisk voicemail understand this packet?
