because even though you can self cert, it still needs to be added to the FCC
db BEFORE selling/connecting to PSTN. check out http://www.part68.org for
complete rules, on this matter. look, i like this project, and hope to
contribute to it in the near future, but i just believe that making the
cards more affordable ads more value, by allowing more people to be able to
afford to develope on this cards, and for the global GPL telephony movement
to continue to grow. i hope i didn't offend anyone.
