If you are on a Zap device place a mailbox=<box number> before the
channel= line so asterisk knows which channels correspond to which
mailboxes. Since SIP devices provide their own dialtone, you may be
stuck with the MWI only and you get that basically the same way by
associating a mailbox= line with the SIP user definition.
