If you read the kernel documentation about isdn4linux then you'll see 
that's easy to install it.
Well as I know RH 8 comeswith isdn4linux support and your modem is one 
of the favourite isdn4linux modems so you'll not have any problem.
An easy way to install it is to use the network configuration tool tha 
comes with RedHatand add a PPP interface which uses your ISDN modem.
